A. Any person that holds a current building or pool building licence or certificate as an individual.

Q. What CPD system is relevant to me?
A. If you renewed your licence from 2008 onwards, or the first anniversary of the date your 3-year licence commenced has past, you are required to complete 12 CPD points per year.

Q. Can I apply for an exemption to CPD points?
A. Yes, but only under special circumstances. The commissioner`s guidelines will allow exemptions under extenuating circumstances. Check with Fair Trading to see if you qualify for an exemption.

Q. What other CPD points can I accumulate, instead of doing an online course?
A. On-the-job learning. Attending conferences and seminars. Watching training videos. Even hiring apprentices.

Q. What CPD records should I keep?
A. You can print off a list of CPD points that you have completed with ABSOLUTE CPD.

Q. How many points does each course give me?
A. Each course has been designed to give the learner 2 points. You can register for 1 course or 18 courses depending on how many you require to remain current.
